Brand and press

Everything you need to put WhoWorked in print.

Write about us, list us in a directory, or show us alongside your own product. Use these files and these words as they are: the rules below cover the few things worth getting right. For product screenshots, email hello@whoworked.com and we will send what you need.

Describing us

One timesheet. Humans and AI.

Three lengths, so a directory listing or an article does not have to start from a blank line. The pairing to keep intact is human hours and AI agent contributions.

One line

11 words

WhoWorked tracks human hours and AI agent contributions on one timesheet.

Short

30 words

WhoWorked is a time tracker for teams working with AI. It puts human hours and AI agent contributions on one timesheet, so you can bill accurately and prove the work.

Paragraph

47 words

WhoWorked is a time tracker for agencies, studios and consultancies whose teams work alongside AI agents. It records human hours and AI agent contributions on one timesheet, so teams can bill accurately, plan capacity honestly, and prove what they actually delivered. Agents connect over MCP or REST.

Logo

Three shapes, black or white. Plus an icon.

Each file comes in near-black for light backgrounds and white for dark ones. SVG is the master, so reach for it first and use the PNGs only where vector art is not accepted. The icon at the end is the one to use anywhere square and small.

Icon

The same ligature knocked out of a solid field, for favicons, avatars, app tiles and anything else square and under 24px. The mark’s rule falls under a pixel at those sizes; this does not. The second file is cut for maskable launchers, which crop to a circle and would otherwise shave the outer serifs.

Colors

Ink and paper, carbon and silicon.

Carbon and Silicon are the only colors that carry meaning in the product. Carbon is human hours, Silicon is AI agent contributions, and we never swap them.

Ink

#0a0a0a

Text and the dark surface everything else sits on.

Paper

#ffffff

The light surface. The brand is high contrast by default.

Carbon

#d9661f

Human hours. Warm and forward, because the person is always the headline.

Silicon

#2f93b8

AI agent contributions. Cool and recessive, sitting behind the human it supports.

Using these

A short set of rules.

The name

WhoWorked is one word with two capitals. Not Whoworked, not Who Worked, not WHOWORKED. In running text it takes no trailing suffix such as Inc or App.

Clear space and size

Keep clear space around the logo equal to the height of the mark on every side. Never render the lockup narrower than 90px, or the mark smaller than 24px, below which the square’s rule falls under a pixel. For favicons, avatars and app tiles use the icon file instead: it is the same ligature knocked out of a solid field, and it is the only version that survives a browser tab.

Contrast

Use the near-black file on light backgrounds and the white file on dark ones. On a photograph, place the logo over an area calm enough for the square’s rule to hold its edge.

Do not

  • Recolor the logo, including tinting it to match a deck.
  • Stretch, rotate, round the square or add a shadow or glow.
  • Redraw the ligature or set the name in another typeface.
  • Lock the logo up with another mark as though it were one brand.
  • Use the logo in a way that suggests WhoWorked endorses or sponsors your product.

Permission

You may use these files to refer to WhoWorked in articles, reviews, directories, integration listings and partner material, following the rules above. The logo and the name stay our property, and this is not a license to use them in any other way. If your case is not covered, ask us first.
