The draw is run by WhoWorked. It is not administered, sponsored or endorsed by any review site, app store or other third party, and entering has no bearing on any review you may choose to leave anywhere else.
Anyone aged 18 or over with a WhoWorked account, except our staff and their immediate families. One entry per person per draw, however many times you answer.
The usual way is to answer the short rating prompt in the app. Submitting an answer while the draw is open enters you; there is nothing else to tick, and one answer is one entry however many times you are asked.
You do not have to give feedback to enter. Email hello@whoworked.com with the subject “Feedback draw entry” from the address on your account before the closing date and we will enter you on the same terms, with the same chance of winning.
The closing date and the number of prizes are shown on the entry prompt in the app at the time you enter. After entries close, winners are selected at random from all valid entries, by computer, with every entry equally likely.
Your odds depend on how many people enter. If there are fewer entries than prizes, every entrant wins one.
The prize is the gift card described on the entry prompt. It is not transferable and there is no cash alternative. We buy and send it ourselves. Any tax is the winner’s responsibility.
Whoever issues the gift card is not a sponsor of this draw, is not affiliated with it, and has not endorsed it. Gift cards are subject to their own issuer’s terms.
Everyone who enters is emailed the outcome at the address on their account, winners and non-winners alike. Winners should reply within 30 days to arrange delivery; after that we may redraw.
We store your account email against your entry so we can tell you the result. It is used for that and nothing else, and is deleted once the draw is settled. Entering does not sign you up to any mailing list. See our privacy policy.
We may cancel or amend the draw if it cannot be run as planned, and will say so on this page. The draw is void where local law prohibits it. Entering means accepting these rules.
