Does my team have to change how they track time?

No. Hours work the way they do in any tracker: start a timer, or log an entry after the fact. The difference is on the other side: your agents report their own work, so the AI half arrives without anyone typing it in.

How do the agents report their work?

Claude Code and Codex report through hooks; Cursor, Copilot, Windsurf and in-house agents report over MCP or REST. Anything that speaks the protocol connects without a per-vendor integration. What arrives is metadata: tool, model, minutes, tokens and cost, never what anyone asked it.

A client asked how much of this was AI. Can we answer that?

Yes, and you decide how much to show, per client. Show nothing, show that your team works with AI without any numbers, or show the observed facts: which tools, how many sessions, what they cost, on which projects. Most firms answer that question with a reassurance. Answering it with the actual record is the part clients remember, and it is why the question is worth welcoming rather than deflecting.

Do you charge per agent?

No. Every plan includes unlimited agent connections, session capture, the AI line on every entry, per-agent token and model cost, and client disclosure controls. Pro adds what the record explains: AI-influenced hours and cost per client, and anomaly review. You pay for active people, never for the number of agents they connect.

Is this employee monitoring?

No. No screenshots, no keystroke logging, no idle timers, no activity scores. We record what was produced and who produced it. The person stays the headline and the agent is the supporting detail. If you want a tool that watches people, this is the wrong one.

Can the record feed the systems we already run?

Yes. There is a REST API with personal access tokens on every plan, and signed webhooks from Pro upward, so an entry, project, client or member changing in WhoWorked reaches your stack the moment it happens. Deliveries are retried and kept in a replay log, so a receiver being down for an hour does not cost you the events.

Does it replace the tracker we already use?

For most teams, yes. WhoWorked covers the full tracking workflow: projects, clients, reports and CSV export. Import your history from Clockify and your team can carry on with the record it already has.

What happens when the trial ends?

You get 30 days without entering a card. Choose a plan and nothing changes. Walk away and the workspace goes read-only: your data stays where it is, nothing is deleted, and you can come back to it or export it whenever.
